Excon Exhibition organized by India’s apex Industry body and premiere exhibition organizer CII and it is one of the “South Asia’s Largest Construction Equipment” on Construction Equipment and technology. This event Excon 2023 was 12th edition since its inception from year 2000 at the time, when the construction industry was at a preliminary stage in India. From the first Edition, Excon has grown and become one of the top exhibitions in the world and providing an excellent platform for both Indian and Overseas companies in the area of construction Industry and to display their latest technological advancements, innovations, and latest developments. Excon 2023 was held from 12th Dec till 16th Dec, 2023 at BIEC Ground, Bengaluru and the theme selected for this 12th edition was “Building India’s Tomorrow”. Excon 2023 event was inaugurated by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Government of India.

Komatsu India showcased technological prowess and service capabilities at the Excon 2023 event, demonstrating its commitment to the industry. The exhibition provided an excellent platform and displayed our latest innovations in the field of Construction Equipment and services and interact with key stakeholders and industry experts. At the show, displayed nine Komatsu Construction Equipment models - PC81, PC136, PC205, HB205, PC210, PC350, PC500, D85 and GD535, including those with Hybrid Technology and Bio-fuel compatibility models.
For the first time, Komatsu India displayed newly launched Hydraulic Excavator models PC81 & PC136 and both machines are engineered to deliver efficiency, durability, and productivity. Keeping sustainability as our primary focus, exhibited the hybrid technology in the 20-ton category using the Komatsu Hybrid HB205 Hydraulic Excavator, a significant step towards sustainability. Komatsu make machines are designed to work efficiently with B20 biodiesel without affecting performance or maintenance schedules. KIPL’s Managing Director, Mr. Yasunori Fujii, intended to support India's objective of achieving carbon neutrality.
